Kelly Dhru graduated from Gujarat National Law University, and went on to complete her BCL and MPhil in Law from Oxford University. Kelly has worked on research projects with organisations such as the World Bank and Harvard School of Public Health, and taught at several colleges, including at Oxford University. She brings with her an insight into the nature and purpose of law. Kelly has been involved with RFGI since its inception, and is in-charge of the research wing.
